Projects
Throughout the years, I have challenged myself with many different things. I often went out of my comfort zone and did things I never thought I could do. Thanks to these things, I have discovered new passions and grew my love for the Arts. Here are some of my Projects!

2021 || Video for Health and Theatre Conference
Video Editing
During an age of change, new emotions and experiences, we have wound up battling with our thoughts, worries, anxious feelings and loneliness, all in our own rooms.
We are not here to say ‘All of your problems will be solved’, we want to validate everyone’s experiences by creating a video they can incline toward for help, direction, and as a reminder that we are not alone.
In our research we have seen that 85% of students’ mental health has been affected by the pandemic. We have drawn upon actual student voices, and used a combination of our experiences and theirs in our piece.
2017 || Tutoring experience
Tutor
In 2017, I became a Tutor for my high school. Tutors help people in their first year of High School with setting into their new class and show them around the school. They also prepare many activities so that the people can get to know each other and are always there during the year if there are any problems.
2019 || Intro for FDS Videos
Video editing
As a part of FDS, 'Federazione degli Studenti", I was asked to create an intro for our videos. I used our logo, and used Final Cut Pro X to create the desired effect. It was the first time I had tried to create an intro for Youtube Videos.
Youtube Channel
Mash-up creator
I recently discovered a passion for music editing and mash-ups. While listening to music, I focus very hard on finding similarities in melodies or sounds with other songs and subsequently try an overlap them with Final Cut Pro.
Here are a couple of examples of some of my most liked videos on Youtube.
"Ghost Story"
Cinematography
Adaptation of Carmen Maria Machado, "Haunt". Cinematography by Emily Heighton. AD: Charlie Hammerson. Acting by Filippo Pellegrino, Nicolo Sturaro and Mia Harvey
Editing Exercise - Screen Storytelling and Criticism
Feedback: 80/100: Signifies an overall very well-realised project that communicates its purpose and meaning very clearly, is highly affective and very controlled in terms of tone; the project effectively engages its audience throughout.
Anthropomorphising the rain is an ingenious and creative move which functions brilliantly in this piece. It brings to the fore a key piece of thematic mise-en-scène throughout In the Mood for Love, emphasising its affective significance. The sensuous and haunting voice-over performance works very well, as does the reverb applied at the end of the piece, a haunting echo of the present slipping away into the past. Framing the voice-over with sync dialogue from the film functions very well, positioning the rain as extraneous to the story, while accentuating the key part it plays in the film’s plotting. This displays a sophisticated understanding of an integral critical aspect of the module, creatively deployed to great effect. Well done.
